To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns, and DeHaven Inc., for the Roadway - General Engineering 2025 - 1 project; and to authorize the expenditure of $310,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund.
