To appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with Compass Infrastructure Group, LLC, for the Intersection - Brice Road and Shannon Road project; and to authorize the expenditure of $500,000.00 from the Street and Highway Improvement Fund.
