Resolution authorizing The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2) to provide funding for renovations to the Townsend Parklet. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($200,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose. This grant will be used in conjunction with capital funds to execute contracts in the event city is awarded the grant not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000) dollars
