To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with Stantec Consulting Services for the Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services 2023-2025 contract; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of $18,181.26 from the Water Bond Fund for the modification.
