Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2) to provide funding for the West End Trolley Trail Project that will repurpose an old trolley right-of-way in the underserved West End section of our City. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed SIX HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-NINE ($608,799.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
