Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the preliminary design and final design, services during construction, and miscellaneous services for traffic signal installation of the South Side Signals Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $390,213.38.
