To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the Director of Public Service to reimburse various property owners for the replacement of concrete curbs; to authorize the expenditure of up to $50,000.00 for curb reimbursement from the Street and Highway Improvement NonBond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
