NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and congratulate “Clifford “Sly Jock” Charlton” for his commitment to hard work, community services, and hip-hop music and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Sunday, July 27th, 2025, to be “Clifford Sly Jock Charlton” in the City of Pittsburgh.
