To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $168,000.00; to authorize the appropriation of $168,000.00 to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Integrated Harm Reduction (IH26) grant program as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health department; and to declare an emergency.
