To authorize and direct the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Arts Council and accept a grant in the amount of $14,372.00 for Fran Ryan Center Arts Programming; and to authorize the appropriation of $14,372.00 in the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund and declare an emergency.
