NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Special Olympics PA and UNcathlon for providing special Olympians with the opportunity to demonstrate the best of the human spirit; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, April 22, 2018 to be “UNCATHLON DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
