To authorize the Director of Development to modify a contract with Watson Tomeka, dba Watson’s Lawn Care LLC, to increase the amount by $15,000.00 to provide Property Maintenance services for removal of trash and debris from sites both interior or exterior, and similar work for properties held by the Land Redevelopment Division; to authorize the expenditure of $15,000.00 from the 2025 Land Management Fund Budget; and to declare an emergency.
