NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Mrs. Grinage for being a pillar not just to her church, but to her community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 17, 2018, to be “Doris Grinage Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
