To appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with CESO, Inc., for the Intersection - Central College Road at Harlem Road project; and to authorize the expenditure of $150,000.00 from the Street and Highway Improvement Fund.
