To appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with Ribway Engineering Group, Inc., for the Roadway - Shannon Road at Greenway Vista Apts project; and to authorize the expenditure of $300,000.00 from the Street and Highway Improvement Fund.
