To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Murphy Tractor and Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a Backhoe loader and accessories for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $126,985.00 from the Division of Water Reclamation Operating Fund and to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code.
