To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from Bureau of Justice Assistance through the County in the amount of up to $288,717.00 and any additional funds; to authorize the appropriation of up to $288,717.00 and any additional funds to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-based Program Grant extension as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health department; and to declare an emergency.
