To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to enter into a grant agreement with All Nations Worship Assembly of Columbus, Ohio, Inc., a local registered non-profit organizations in support of summer youth programming; to authorize the expenditure of $25,000.00; and to declare an emergency.
