To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into a sole source contract with Sabatka, Davis & Associates, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a Patterson Pump F42 Complete Rotor Assembly, including a Chesterton seal for the Division of Water Reclamation; and to authorize the expenditure of $420,000.00 from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
