To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Human Resources to enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Department of Development and accept a grant in the amount of $30,000.00 for the TechCred Training Plan - Round 33; to authorize the appropriation of $30,000.00 in the General Government Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
