To authorize the Director of Neighborhoods to enter a not-for-profit service contract with the Neighborhood Design Center for work associated with the implementation of the One Linden, Envision Hilltop, and Eastland for Everyone community plans and general consulting services; to authorize the expenditure from the General Fund; to allow for reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the date of the purchase order but not before March 1, 2025; and to declare an emergency.
