To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the contract with RCC Global, LLC for the Customer Information System (CIS) and Integrated Systems Upgrade Project to add additional funding; and to authorize the expenditure of $3,141,040.60 split between the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds.
