Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) through the Gaming Economic Development Fund to implement a Landslide Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Program. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
