To authorize the Director of Technology, on behalf of various city departments, to enter into a contract with Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. for the annual maintenance and support of the City’s Learning Management System, in accordance with the sole source provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $259,572.62 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund.
