To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Cornerstone Maintenance Services, Ltd. for HVAC and air purification maintenance services at various Department of Public Utilities facilities; to waive competitive bidding of the Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $388,700.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund and $10,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
