To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the Ohio Commission on Minority Health and any additional funds for 2025-2026 Minority Health Month Grant; to authorize the appropriation of funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund, to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2025-2026 Minority Health Month Grant; and to declare an emergency.
