To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Harrell's, LLC for the purchase of Golf Course pesticides for the Recreation and Parks Department; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $274,491.14 for the purchase of golf turf pesticides from the Recreation and Parks Operating fund; and to declare an emergency.
