To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into a contract with Hydro Mechanical of Ohio, LLC. for the Jerry Hammond lift station project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $140,600.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency.
