To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of (1) F350 4x4 Supercab Gasoline Truck, (1) Ford Explorer AWD and (3) F550 4x4 Gasoline Trucks from Ricart Properties, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $274,440.00 from the Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
