To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Departments of Finance and Management and Public Service, to enter into a contract with Tritech Software Systems, a CentralSquare company, for maintenance and support of the CentralSquare (Lucity) Work and Asset Management Systems in accordance with the provisions of sole source procurement of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $52,391.28 from the Department of Technology, Information Services operating fund.
