To amend Ordinance #0494-2017, passed March 13, 2017 (Z16-062), for property located at 341 OBETZ RD. (43207), by amending Section 2 to modify the height district of the proposed development and by repealing Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3 to modify the development text and site plan of said property within the CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency.
