To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a contract with Coliseum Home Improvements to increase funding in an amount up to $250,000.00 and modify the scope of service to include performing lead safe renovations at shelters, transitional housing, and dormitory style living facilities; to authorize the expenditure in an amount up to $250,000.00 from the General Government Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
