To authorize the Board of Health to enter into a contract with The Ohio State University for Sexually Transmitted Infection Surveillance Network (SSuN) Grant Program for the provision of services allowable under the grant for persons receiving STI services; to authorize the expenditure of $85,537.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
