To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the contract with The Righter Co. to add additional funding for the Greenlawn Dam Rehabilitation Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation within the Storm Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $493,650.00 within the Storm Bond Fund to pay for the contract modification.
