To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to pay operating license fees for the City's three water treatment plants to the Treasurer, State of Ohio, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the Division of Water; to authorize the expenditure of $220,000.00 or as much thereof as may be needed from the Water Operating Fund.
