To authorize the City Attorney, on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities, Division of Power, to modify the contract for energy consultant legal services with McNees Wallace & Nurick, for the Division of Power; and to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
