To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, plus any additional funds, for the 2025-2026 Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) program; to authorize the appropriation of funds, including any additional funds, from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Funds; and to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2025-2026 WPCLF program.
