To approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) #2025-05 executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Ohio Council 8, Local 1632, which provides for a one-time lump sum payment to AFSCME Local 1632 members in COAAA who remain employed with the City as of December 31, 2025; and to declare an emergency.
