To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for (1) F150 Truck, (1) F250 Supercab Truck and (1) Transit Van with snow and light packages for the Department of Public Service with Ricart Properties, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $130,084.16 from Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
