To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of Columbus Water & Power, to enter into a contract with enfoTech & Consulting, Inc. for annual software maintenance, support and professional services for the iPACS 5/GovOnline 5 system, in accordance with sole source provisions in the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of up to $51,000.00 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
