To authorize the Director of Public Service to modify an existing agreement with Short North Alliance, Inc. (SNA) for the provision of various public parking initiatives within the Short North Parking Benefit District; to authorize the transfer of appropriation of funds within the Mobility Enterprise Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $50,000.00 from the Mobility Enterprise Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
