To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a professional services contract with Advanced Engineering Consultants for design of the Circuit 576 and 577 Street Lighting Improvements project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Electricity Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $354,747.63 for the project.
