To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for renovation of the Traffic Management Center with 2K General Co.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $146,753.48 from the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund; and to declare an emergency.
