To authorize the Director of Neighborhoods to enter into a Not-For-Profit General Service Contract with the Neighborhood Design Center for work associated with the implementation of the One Linden, Envision Hilltop, Eastland for Everyone community plans; and to authorize the expenditure from the General Fund.
