To authorize the Director of Water and Power to pay the annual discharge fees for fiscal year 2025 to the State of Ohio, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, for the Division of Water Reclamation and the Division of Stormwater; and to authorize the expenditure of $82,800.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund and $10,000.00 from the Storm Sewer Operating Fund.
