To amend Ordinance No. 2536-2025, passed by Columbus City Council on October 20, 2025 to correct that the purpose of the legislation is to fund Year 2 of an existing maintenance contract with Intrado Life & Safety, Inc (formerly, Intrado Life & Safety Solutions Corporation) not to authorize the Director of Public Safety to enter into contract with the vendor; to authorize the expenditure of $119,007.27 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
