To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase the Master Services Agreement with American Municipal Power, Inc. by $25,000.00 for participation in the Community Energy Savings Smart Thermostat Program and associated services on behalf of the Division of Power; to authorize the expenditure of $25,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund; to authorize an extension of the existing MSA contract term through March 31, 2026; and to declare an emergency.
