To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract for the purchase of materials and services for the Safe and Clean Corridors Street Lighting Conversion for the Department of Public Utilities from W.W. Grainger, Inc., Loeb Electric Company, Crescent Electric Supply Company, Utility Supply Company, Springfield Electric Supply Company, and New River Electrical Corporation; to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,250,000.00 from the Electricity Bond Fund to pay for the equipment: and to declare an emergency.
