Grainger, Inc., Loeb Electric Company, Crescent Electric Supply Company, Utility Supply Company, Springfield Electric Supply Company, and New River Electrical Corporation; to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,250,000.00 from the Electricity Bond Fund to pay for the equipment: and to declare an emergency. ($1,250,000.00)
