NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Andrea James for her commitment and dedication to her community, for her advocacy for health and education for women and girls, for her work ethic and unmatched volunteer service and congratulates Andrea James for receiving the Nabhi Christian Ministries “Community SHERO” Award.
