To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to establish purchase orders and associate purchase agreements with multiple vendors for the purchase of refuse collection containers and parts from Tank Holding Corp dba Snyder Industries Inc., IPL North America Inc., and Rehrig Pacific; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,007,592.00 from the Refuse Bond Fund for the purchase of these containers and parts; and to declare an emergency.
